Metal energy represents the minerals of soil and the precious metals found deep within, such as diamonds.  There is nothing more enriching and valuable as letting go of what you don’t need, and holding on to what you do need to reach your inspiration.  The lungs and large intestine represent taking in inspiration, and letting go of what we don’t need.  All metal conditions and symptoms relate to problems letting go.  Constipation and diarrhea. Anxiety and depression.  Or lacking inspiration in YOU.  Autoimmune conditions and cancer represent the attack or mutation of you.
