Fire Needs Wood
Wood Symptoms and Conditions
Wood Element is the home of the Liver and Gall Bladder. These organs detoxify and digest fats, breaking them down and building them back up as cell walls. Interesting, right?? The walls of all cells are made from a fluid, flexible fat that is receptive to listening to the direction of hormones. You are built to be a listening being.
Wood conditions have to do with becoming too rigid and breaking or falling apart. When our brain falls apart we call it dementia or brain fog on a smaller scale. When our blood transporting vessels break, we call it heart attack or stroke. When our bones fall apart, we call it Osteoporosis. When we lack flexibility in our joints, we call it Arthritis.
Wood energy is our structures, boundaries, and rules for life, which involves our beliefs.
A healthy Wood energy allows healthy boundaries and flexibility, to have and hold a clear inspired vision, and have the patience and tenacity to watch it unfold. Just keep doing your best and tending your sprouts!
Wood energy develops from a clear structure, boundaries, rules and rituals that allow you to be successful. Wood is hurt by a lack of boundaries, and rules that make it impossible to win. Punishment without teaching, first.
You should have known better!
If I should have known better, than TALK TO MY TEACHERS.
When we cannot figure out how to win, we become focused on pleasing people. People pleaser!? Blech!!
A people pleaser tends to attract overbearing and bossy relationships, leading to disrespectful or abusive.
Wood controls Earth, and if Earth has nothing sprouting, it tends to fly away like a sand storm. Overwhelm.
If you can relate to any of that, here is how to balance your energy and Wood attributes.
Massage all these points on the left side, then the right side, doing the Conception vessel point as a connector for both sides.
ST-40 Beautiful Bulge: This point is the most important point to relieve phlegm, a heavy, sticky mess. Like a lack of clear boundaries and structure for success. I can’t win!
GB-40 Hill of Ruins: Disaster teaches decision making and clarity. This point improves decision making and clarity. So we can let go of the anger of being told that you are wrong or bad.
SI-3 Back Ravine; TH-3 Central Islet: SI-3 has a significant effect on the whole spine and often used for upper back pain. TH-3 has been called the “warm joy” point. Strength and happiness, to heal the muddled confusion of “doing it right.”
LV-3 Great Surge: This point cleans the liver, detoxifying and cleansing. “Controlling” a person is the fear of failure and our culture clearly teaches that battle is how you get what you want. The great surge is influence. Teach that person how what you want is to their benefit. If it is not, and you still want it, then you are a controlling hurtful man. Even if you are a woman.
HT-9 Lesser Surge; CX-9 Central Hub: Trying to control the fear of failure needs faith. Faith needs trust and reassurance. These points bring faith and fill the heart. You will feel a slowing down when you approach what matters to the heart.
HT-5 Penetrating the Interior; CX-6 Inner Pass: When you are heart centered, you can be authentic. These points penetrate a hardened exterior and the masks we hide behind. Abuse gifts us compassion and a strong contrast to help find what we do want. CX-6 has been called the “Perfect Love” point.
CV-11 Strengthen the Interior: This point pushes through the heaviness and gives an appetite for living. Loving. Serving. The Lover archetype is the connector of hearts, the healer of hearts. The Jester archetype brings laughter and joy, and influences with his humor and wit.
LU-11 Lesser Shang: This point clears the throat, softens the voice. Love your voice, share your value.
KI-1 Gushing Spring: This point cleanses and calms. Relaxes. Even helps drift off to sleep if your heart is fiery. It cools the heart, but never says no to heart desire. Be your value.
