Take 3 – Daily Acupressure + Movement

Daily Self Care!

The practice will be 1 minute of acupressure and 2 minutes of movement.  Pick 2 movements and do each for one minute.  Showing and teaching take a little longer, but once you get it – 3 Minutes a Day!!

Commit to 3 minutes and you will naturally add more, bc it feels Good!!

When you begin to add more, start with slowing down the emotional recall to really connect to past trauma/stress.  Then do 2 sessions in one day.  Then 3, 4…and if you get busy, at the end of the day, just take 3, to keep your commitment to yourself.  But theres no rules, so if you want to start with 10 minutes right away, just add any movements you want.  More qi gong type movements?  Basic movements – Squat, Lunge, Push, Pull, etc.). Animal movements, calisthenics?
