Fire Creates Earth

Water creates Wood and Wood creates Fire.  Fire is your heart’s desire.

What is your heart’s desire?  Desire can be softened to “your preference.  Wanting  feels hard (imposing) to the softest (most sensitive) among us, as hard as imposing your will on someonePreference is soft, making it easy to share your heart’s desire.

Feel this.  “Where do you want to go to dinner?”  Wanting imposes, so we say, “I don’t know, where do you want to go?”  I suggest adding,

I really like Chinese food.”  Your preference.

heart desireI suggest adding “Accept Nothing Less Than Your Heart’s Desire.”

Hardness (masculine, yang) owns this energy.  Softness (feminine, yin) bends and stretches to meet the needs and desires of hardness, and then puts up with never getting their turn (Heart Desire, Preference).

Do you rarely get what you prefer??

I call that “Putting Up With Less Than your heart desire.

You could probably put up with Mexican food every night and physically survive!  Your flexibility is your Water energy, and you can fit every container.  But excess Water puts out Fire.  And, your flexibility teaches hardness (masculine, yang) to expect to get what they want, every single time.

Fire creates Earth, and Earth represents our harvest.

Softness should receive appreciation, so when softness is taken for granted, it means that Water energy is putting out heart Fire.  A dampened Fire creates very little warmth and a sparse harvest.

Your meager paycheck… your being taken for granted, and allowing it to continue, which teaches hardness “Don’t Consider Softness,” plants the seed of resentment.  At first, it feels like being taken for granted.

Just remember that “Putting Up With Less” created that payday.

migrainesPutting Up With Less” sprouts into anger and upset, causing the soft heart to betray itself by “Picking Your Battles.”  After many cycles of “Putting Up With Less” to the point of anger, followed by “Accepting Nothing Less” by battling back, the first blossoms of resentment open their petals.

Hardness doesn’t learn through battle, they battle back, and wonder why their love is attacking.

Warriors learn from the Caretakers, through teaching.  I’ve even heard men, myself included, wish their wife would just teach them or tell them what they want.  They would do anything for their loves, but their consistent “Accept Nothing Less” energy, selfishly focuses their attention on their needs and desires.

When softness returns to “Putting Up With Less,” hardness thinks the battle is resolvedThey hope, they wish, because they love their caretaker, and they are hard headed warriors.  From their ignorance, they think everyoneAccepts Nothing Less.

Consider this.  “If you could either vacuum the carpet, or NOT vacuum the carpet, and either way the carpet would be vacuumed, which would you choose?”

Accept Nothing Less” chooses to NOT, and “Putting Up With Less” chooses to vacuum, because “Accept Nothing Lessdoesn’t mind walking on dirt.  They don’t mind shedding blood to protect their people, either.

I’m softly requesting a large scale shift to “Accept Nothing Lessfor the softies, because it is my preference.  No, not more battles.  The resource for softness to “Accept Nothing Less” is not battle, it’s influence.  Softness “battles” for their preference by teaching  warriors how the preference of caretakers will benefit the warrior.

I promise you that the Warriors don’t know.  One time my wife said, “mmmm, foreplay,” when I was doing the dishes.  I was influenced!

I teach my kiddos to offer significance or exchange.

Significance is the appreciation and love Warriors would receive for listening to the Caretakers.  Exchange is what my wife offered.  LOL.  Of course, exchange is any value for value offer.  My wife displayed wisdom, in suggesting something that we both liked, in exchange for my sacrifice.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like doing the dishes.  Her influence made my dislike much more bearable.

I give you permission to fight like a warrior, with the resources of a caretakerI guarantee you that your preference serves the greater good.  And your heart deserves to feel you doing your best, to serve it.

Serve your Heart, long before you betray it by battling for “Accept Nothing Less.”

True Health offers softness to the Warrior and Caretaker.  Mother’s medicine heals so you don’t have to put up with less than True Health.  An exhausted Warrior heals from True Masculine Strength.  An exhausted Caretaker heals from True Fem Vitality.  If you buy both, shipping is free.  Click here to see the healing that Mother Nature offers.

My baby girls have no idea what “Putting Up With Less” feels like.

Heart desire
Nobody gets what they want every time.  The difference in “Accepting Nothing Less,” is that they never stop trying their best to serve their heart’s desire.

Is there anyone who wouldn’t appreciate a full scale softening of our culture?  Less battle, and more caring?  If you agree, please share this mission on social media.

My blog is new, so I know it feels weird being the first one to share or comment.  Be Weird.

Bravely do it anyway, for the greater good.  And then, go…softly…influence your Warrior.

Water Controls Fire

My ‘superhero’ logo represents our Mother and Father in perfect balance.

Mother, our Earth and Provider.  Father, our Creator.  In Love.

In Eastern philosophy, Mother and Father energy is represented as yin and yang.  Yin is the Mother, the feminine.  Yang is the Father, the masculine.

I also refer to that energy as softness and hardnessThat’s just how it feels to me. Hardness builds the world and protects it.  Softness cares for the world and heals it.

Yin and yang, Mother and Father, offered us guidance in the symbolism of the Five Elements.

Traditional Chinese medicine

The intersection of the Elements in the center represents the energy that gives life The Five Elements calls it Governing Vessel and Conception Vessel.  The Creators of Life, in perfect balance.

The Five Elements teach us that everything begins at the ending of last, with a reflection on our results, and with that wisdom, looking forward to next.  Everything begins as a thought, and Metal represents inspiration, a thought that creates enough motivation to take action.  Action needs direction, and Water chooses direction along the path of least resistance.

Our culture practices working hard and battling the competition.  Natural Law teaches to hold your Heart inspired vision and keep flowing in that direction.

Water feeds Wood and Controls Fire.traditional chinese medicine

Natural Law teaches that every person is a gift to our world.  Water is in charge of fueling the Fire (by creating Wood) so it can burn brightly, and controlling the Fire without snuffing it out.

Too much Water and your Fire weakens or dies.  In people, it looks like the fear and paralysis of self doubt and uncertainty (frozen in fear).  Not enough Water and Fire rages out of control, burning everything in its path.  Destructive.

postpartum depression

In balance, the brilliance of a blossoming perspective naturally brings a robust harvest.  The Earth element.  It represents the love you receive from the beauty you share, aka Your Gift.

When you tend a Fire (Heart Desire) with softness and love, your reward is a rich harvest (Earth Element).

I look around in our culture, and the RICH or wealthy appear to be the ones most willing to trample the competition, and even hurt the innocent.  It feels more like the wealth acquired by conquering and trampling.

Pharmaceuticals and Medicine are the third leading cause of death.  Pepsi and Coca-Cola can afford Super Bowl commercials.

insaneMost of our leaders are Millionaires.

In our culture, Mothers feel bad for “not contributing” when they stay home to care for their loves, and many families can’t even afford that option.

Hardness and Masculine dominate our culture.

Even our softness has hardened.  Our culture feels like being “pushed to fit in” and compete, and that different perspectives are considered stupid or combative.  Mother’s “toughen up” their daughters to survive, rather than teaching the virtues of sensitivity and the power of women’s intuition.

And rather than “All One” we divide in every way possible.

I don’t trust the intuition of warring women any more than the intentions of trampling men.  They both need the guidance of softness, and the control of Water.acupuncture

Let the Games Begin.  Off with her head!

five elementsThe Ruler is the Yang or masculine archetype of Water, and the Innocent is the Yin or feminine archetype.  The Ruler is the leader, holds power and sets and enforces laws.  The Innocent lives by core values and principles and would never, ever, ever lie or misrepresent!

Elf may have core values and principles that were disruptive… “Oh, it’s not a costume. I’m an elf. Well, technically, I’m a human, but I was raised by elves.”  But he saved the spirit of Christmas, the birth of baby Jesus, celebrated by an overweight man who watches us without us knowing and if he determines we are “good,” gives us presents!

Still.  The Spirit of Giving.

The Spirit of Capitalism is giving the flexible possibility of earning a living and a profit based on how hard you work or how skilled you become in your trade.

Health Insurance took away my financial security for helping a woman resolve her pain, fatigue and steadily weakening condition.  She told me that she thought she was dying.  I helped her and then shared her story to inspire others to heal naturally.  During my annual insurance review, they noted that this woman had been diagnosed with a medical condition, and Dr.Stone is NOT a medical doctor, so they terminated my network physician contract.

Yes, I was kicked out of insurance for “treating a medical condition” and interfering with a “customer for life.”

That feels more like trampling the competition than caring for our people.  And they call it “Health Insurance?”

Then our Government fined me for not giving $700 a month to Health Insurance.  Insurance that didn’t cover True Health.

That feels like the wealthy teaming up to take more from the innocent.

My patients and my family had to pay the out of network deductible to be seen as a patient in our clinic.

$2,000 to 5,000 out of pocket.  For many, an impossible barrier to overcome.  As a physician, I would run out of visits allowed per year before the deductible was met, so in the end I would receive $0.00 from Health Insurance.

I used to joke about seeing “what I was worth” when I opened their envelopes.  “$0.00” .  Lol.  They had to process the billing so I would get an actual check for nothing.

These guys could pay the deductible, but it seems they have no interest in balance.  Or healing.

LoveThey didn’t care that I helped that woman live again!  They only cared about their HARD rules and their Heart Desire called PROFIT.  That desire ($$), in the caring for our people, has resulted in Doctors being the 3rd leading cause of death.

Our culture could achieve balance with some soft Innocent influence for our leaders and their accumulations of wealth.  A sensitive woman would never gather resources beyond her needs, when her people are still struggling, sick, hungry, or homeless.  Nobody Left Behind is the motto of the feminine.

I am standing up for softness and the feminine, uncompromising “Innocent” values and principles, and Nobody Left Behind with our new Clinic Model…Get A Metabolic Tune-Up.

I was never all that “secure” financially as an insurance doctor anyway, and I think you can see why.

Health Insurance increases their profit by denying care, and eliminating doctors who don’t fit in or follow the rules.

For example… Healing a Medical Condition.

Do you think they kept their fair share?  8.1 Million+?

I’m betting, faithfully, that going first…giving love first, without expectation…is the solution to this imbalance.  Unconditional Love.  Yep.

The people who have felt the brilliance of my Fire energy, aka my best as a healer, think I am some sort of  a superhero.  And a dork.
And as any dork superhero would do, I created a logo.

Hierarchy of Function

I have a simple way of breaking down your body systems that makes healing much easier.
There are something like 16 body systems including the skin as the integumentary system, and others with more familiar names…digestive, cardiovascular, immune, etc., systems.
Here is an even easier way of looking at it.
Defense System:  This includes the immune system and barrier systems such as the skin, plus the detoxification systems such as lymphatics, liver, and kidneys.
Stress System:  This primarily involves the brain, pituitary and adrenals, which is what responds to the stressful situation, but includes all stress changes as well, such as the heart pumping blood to the extremities to fight or flee.
Thrive System:  This includes all the systems that make energy, such as the thyroid, adrenals (included here too), and pancreas.  But every cell cooperates to make energy, so it isn’t so much a structural division, but a functional division.
Reproductive System:  This includes the human reproductive system, but all of the healing, repair, and cell reproduction function as well.
Now this complex machine we call a body is much easier to manage.  Instead of 16 structural systems, we have 4 functional systems.  Instead of 1600 named diseases, we have 4 functional problems.  Our system is invaded, stressed out, not making energy, and not healing (reproducing).
And, there is a clear priority system…If your home is invaded, dinner can wait (thrive).  Same with a flooded basement (stress), you may put off dinner for awhile.  And if any of these are a clear need (invasion, stress, or hunger), well, makin’ babies is on the back burner for now.
Natural medicine has clear advantages to treating this functional system.
Take invasion for example.  In medicine, the treatments for immune challenges include antibiotics, steroids, chemo, and radiation.  Antibiotics might sound like a viable option, but pay attention…the people who take the most antibiotics get the most infections.  Again and again in most cases.
Natural medicine has wonderful resources for helping the body eliminate everything from bacteria and yeast, virus and parasites, to toxins from the environment and within (we produce waste as well).
Stress?  What does your traditional doctor have for stress?  Antidepressants.  Ok, maybe, but I don’t like the idea with messing with my brain function, and they don’t treat the real changes of stress…adrenaline, cortisol, etc.
Natural medicine has amazing resources for handling high adrenaline and/or cortisol, as well as stress fatigue, often called adrenal fatigue.
Thrive?  Medicine has one play…thyroid replacement…and if you don’t qualify by the standards a blood measurement called TSH, well then they just shrug their shoulders.
Natural medicine has research proven thrive stimulators such as the herb Ashwagandha, which has at least one published research study showing it increases thyroid output.  And that’s just one of many resources to improve energy.
Healing/reproduction?  Nothing medicine ever offers aids the healing process, except perhaps, their one use of natural medicine.  They use an amino acid called NAC to treat acute poisoning.  Everything else is symptom suppression.
Everything natural medicine provides is to stimulate the healing process.  Natural medicine includes food, nutrients, and plants, and has published research documenting recovery from liver and pancreas damage, and you can trust that every cell in your body will respond to natural medicine just the same.
My favorite products for defense systems:  Echinacea, Reishi mushroom, astragalus, usnea, elderberry, to name a few.
Stress:  Phosphatidyl serine, lemon balm, poppy, passion flower, skullcap…
Thrive: Ginseng, ashwagandha, Rhodiola, Cordyceps mushroom…
Repair/Healing: Gymnema, milk thistle, gotu cola, hawthorne, vitex…
These are just names of medications, only natural, versus pharmaceuticals such as abilify, albuterol, acyclovir, deferoxamine, etc., etc.  Odd names unless you study medicine.
Which one would you rather learn?  How to block the symptoms of an underlying problem, or how to stimulate the natural healing process that we are all born with?
